Our team is also the official Chiropractic team of the World Champions: Malaysian Association of Dodgeball (MAD).
Founded in 2014, the team at Healthworks is the first integrated Healthcare center combining Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Fitness. Fast forward almost 9 years later, the team has been able to continually support the surrounding community and throughout Malaysia.

Samantha Ong

Samantha Ong is a certified Chiropractor who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chiropractic with Honors.In her teenage years, Samantha’s mother suffered from a slipped disc in her lower back and after seeking a variety of treatment options, chiropractic care was the only way she could relieved her pain. Samantha herself then underwent chiropractic treatment and it helped relieved her of her chronic back pain as well. This led her to pursue chiropractic as a career, to be able to help improve the lives of families under the stress of pain as well as to help young children and teenagers realize their full potentials pain-free.Sam treats a variety of patients: from as young as 1 month old to 87 years of age. Sam is especially passionate about women’s health. She places particular emphasis on the health of a mother’s posture and treating any back pains associated with pre, during and post pregnancy.She specializes in lower back pain and nerve-related disorders. Sam regularly helps young children with severe headaches and chronic neck and back pain recover quickly.Through practice and experience, in clinic as well as in overseas mission trips, Sam has learnt the importance of having the right diagnosis as it is the key to treating clients with accuracy and precision. It is her goal to educate her patients with honesty, compassion and integrity. This and her passion for public speaking has led her to give multiple talks across the Klang Valley every month in locations such as Common Ground, Hong Leong Bank, UOB Bank, Tesco, Taylor’s Education Group and Boston Consulting Group.Over the years, she has worked with physiotherapists, myofascial specialists, and fitness trainers to improve her patient’s ergonomic and postural conditions. Being a proponent of integrative healthcare, Sam aims to work with the other specialists at Healthworks to help clients not only get better, but also stay better.

Jade Lee

Jade Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chiropractic with Honors from International Medical University (IMU). Having an avid love for sports since young, Jade always strived for optimal performance for herself as well as for others however what has always limited her from reaching her full potential was the occurrence of injuries. At the age of 15, Jade suffered from a major lower back injury due to sports and could barely carry out her regular day-to-day activities without feeling pain for 4 years, until she was introduced to Chiropractic care which not only put an end to her chronic back pain, but allowed her to thrive as an athlete and become a National Dodgeball Player for Malaysia. Since then, Jade has developed a keen interest in providing Chiropractic care for athletes and is passionate about helping other adults and children achieve optimum health. She is most proficient in treating sports, neck and lower back injuries as well as poor posture. Jade hopes to enlighten the public about the life-changing benefits of Chiropractic and ensure that they recover from their pain, stay pain-free and live a higher quality of life.

Graduating from MAHSA University with a Physiotherapy course has taught her the importance of maintaining a physically active lifestyle for overall well-being. Specializing in Neurology and Paediatrics has taught her that life can be improved, regardless of any abnormalities or challenges we face. Despite facing many challenges, she had successfully helped patients improve from various conditions. (Arthritis, sport injury, MS abnormalities, traumatic brain injury)
Furthermore, she also flourish in the neurological rehab, sports massage and fitness education, helping individuals enhance their physical performance and overall well-being. Her goal in life is to help people achieve their full potential despite the pain or restricted movement they may experience. She also dedicated to improving their quality of life. Her guiding principle is that no condition is untreatable and no challenge is insurmountable. We must face challenges head-on rather than try to outrun them.
